Formalization of needs, negotiation, drafting and administrative management of contracts, in terms of scientific collaboration, acquisition/concession of intellectual property rights, industrial partnerships, French or foreign academic cooperation
Drafting of legal notes and opinions in all areas of law concerning the school (contract law, obligations, civil liability, insurance, litigation, labour law, social law, research law, etc.)
Accompanying researchers in the process of promoting research
Management of the school's insurance contracts
